Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on RAVEN MEDIA WORKS (VFX Templates, Photoshop Templates, Transitions, and Graphic Templates) are downloadable, non-tangible digital assets. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all completed sales where the product has been downloaded are generally final.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our templates. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the same digital product.
• Corrupted or Defective File: The archive file is technically corrupted or unusable, and our support team is unable to provide a working replacement file within 48 hours.
• Undownloaded Purchase: You contact us within 24 hours of purchase and our server download logs confirm that the file has not been downloaded.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send a message via our Contact Page, call/WhatsApp our support lead Naveen at +91 74183 10708, or email ravenmediaworksinfo@gmail.com with your Order Number (RMW-...) and the reason for your request.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or NetBanking) and typically reflect in your bank account within 5–7 business days.
